We have a street dog at our home, and he's a most well-behaved person. My seven-year-old son regards him as best friend and wants to have more like him. While we have limited means to provide a home to so many dogs, it'll be great if together we can do something about "Calcutta terriers". I’m glad to be part of this endeavour. I too have grown up around dogs and it pains me a lot to see the mangled remains of a dog on the street. I would love to contribute in any way to help you realise your dream. That in itself is an atrocity. Its time we understand the value of animals in our lives. I too have grown up with pets in our house- Dogs, Cats, Parrots etc. We always adopt animals that have been abandoned or on the street. While good breeds get a home quickly, it is the street dogs who get a raw deal- even though they guard our neighbourhood every day.
